Increase - decrease value push buttons

Hi,
It's just another simple green version of the very useful little gadget which allows increasing or decreasing integer values, one step per press. This version also goes back to the first value whenever the maximum value have been reached and vice versa. Can be used for switching presets one by one or anything similar and it's very reliable (well, green...)
