Envelope adding constant release sound?

When im playing around with my synth. Lets say some supersaw in DAW. when i move the decay on the envelope all way down. and then start adding some little decay. then i get a contant release sound thats unstoppable. cant turn it off.
Its only one way to turn it off its to add full release then go down again. what is the problem anyone who had this issue before?
