Sounds like something is screwed up on your PC, here are some things to try:
A. Check there are no files lurking in the recovery folder:
1. Click the Windows Start button, type Run in the search box and press return
2. The Run window should appear. Type AppData and click OK.
3. In the resulting explorer window navigate to Roaming\FlowStone\Recovery
4. Move or delete all files from in there.
B. Could be something incorrect in the registry:
1. Click the Windows Start button, type RegEdit in the search box and press return (click Yes on the security dialog)
2. Navigate to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\DSPRobotics\FlowStone
3. In the list to the right find "Window Position"
4. Right-click on the Window Position key and select Delete
5. Now close regedit and run FS again
If this fails it might be worth repeating the above but this time delete the FlowStone key.

Thanks for all the feedback.
Did step A and step B. No good.
Did not find any "Flowstone Key" file.
Uninstalled Flowstone. Deleted all registry and appdata files.
Re-installed.No good.
Step A and step B again. No good.
Un-installed Visual basic.
Restart CPU.
Flowstone opens but the (Just in time Debugger) still there but now can be minimized.
Looks like the problems at my end, except for that "Flowstone key" thing I can't find.

If the registry keys aren't there then it could be that you don't have administrator rights?
The keys are created on install, but you need permissions.

I am having a similar problem .. It loads once then crashes then won't re-open .. Win 7 Pro x64 .
If I uninstall then reinstall then it will open once then crash then won't reopen>?
2.0.0 would crash occasionally but would reopen ..
