Linked text and gui knob?

Hi guys,
Really new to Flowstone so apologies if this is an easy fix. I'm trying to program a knob that can be edited either by mouse interaction or a a text box. I would like the two to be linked e.g. if the knob is turned the text will display the numeric value and likewise if a value is entered the knob will rotate.
For some context I am creating a synth for a university project and this is for a Frequency Modulation module. I would quite like the user to be able to select a precise frequency by typing in an edit box for example, but also to be able to dial it in with the knob. I've managed to get a knob that displays frequency working okay, but I'm stuck creating one that has the two parameters linked.
