Ruby 64bit problem?

Hello,
I made an example of VST MIDI effect on FS 3.0.6, which works fine on 32bit DAW (Reaper) but does not work perfectly on 64bit DAW (the timing of each note becomes incorrect, that is, out of position for some reason).
