WebCam Recorder

Been working with a webcam recorder and audio wav recorder integreted in one. My Wav recorder works fine. But I have big problems with saving my video in the right format so it is playes back in the right framerate!
If you try this please remember to change the filename and path to fit your system.
Can anyone figur out what are going on !!
