edit text (blinking text)

If you click the text disappears. If you click a second time text visible again. How to fix it?
After the first click the text is selected, after the second click deselected.
By me the text stays visible.
I thought this has something t e do with the Trigger input:
Forces the Edit control to
start editing without the need
for a mouse click
( Component Reference.pdf )
But I see no difference with this.
