I have creat a plugin, but i have a bug in cubase.
The bar of the windows vst bug to top.
Why ?

I would suspect you are missing a 'redraw' to update that section of the screen.
It may only randomly happen based on what activities you have going on.
just my guess.

Sure a redraw issue, you aren't redraw the module part.
