Just a quick question I have the johnny 5 with the scc board and basic atom pro is it possible to use flowstone on it and where do I start since I'm new to this.

Using the SSC-32 board it will work.
You don't need the basic atom pro as FlowStone will do the processing.
You should be able to see how things work by using this example for the SSC-32:
