multiple fx selector - every item just once

these are 6 selectors (fx slots) to choose 1 of 6 fx or no fx, every fx is only 1 time allowed, if you choose a fx 2 times the "old" one will be set to no fx its an upgrade to this one viewtopic.php?f=2&t=1335&start=10 where you had to set a slot to no fx when you wanted the fx on another slot
it is done for fx matrix selection but can be used for other stuff too ...
