Can this be done with flowstone

Hi all im doing a joint college project and was wondering if this kind of app can be made with flowstone, we want to trigger midi using this kinda diy touch screen tech, but have to create the app ourself using flowstone/max msp and so on, any help is appreciated http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sJU8sBt7eC8
