I created several projects with V3.0.9 Beta 2. Actually this version contains many bugs, so I diceid to switch to the old version V3.0.8.1

is it possible to open/edit my projects with old versions?

Unfortunately, you cannot open V3.0.9 Beta 2 schematics with older FS versions. It is a dead end road.
If you have code boxes, you can copy and paste the contents of course, but that's about it. Everything else has to be rebuilt manually.

Fortunately I was eventually able to get Malc to remove the 3.09 betas from the download section, so nobody else new will fall into this trap.
