Oh dear, the routing issue was my stupid fault after all. 
The rpp you sent me worked fine and I realised I’d misunderstood the pdf.
For some crazy and insane reason I thought you were saying to insert the VOZ as an INPUT FX, which was the actual problem. The pdf image shows clearly that this is not the case.
Sorry for causing you extra work and anguish.
