tapestop where to start?

hi all, i want to do a simple tapestop effect but i have no idea where to start?
i couldn`t find explanations in the web

just could think about some grainbuffer technics? any suggestions?

Hi Nubeat7

is it on incoming audio you want it for or wave playback?

it is easily done with a pitch reduction and a volume reduction at the same time!

here is how i do it, it is really simple but may give you ideas, first one is inside a tape player and works from the transport buttons and the second is external of its player and tapestops oncoming sound!

thanks jay, i would use it for incoming sound.. works great and also sounds good. thanks a lot for sharing!
