FM-Sq updated to v1.009:
- All EGs can toggle from DADSR to AHDSR.
- The Carriers can switch to additve ones based on a couple of Spogg's.
- More presets.
- Piano-like 'Sustain' can be activated by footswitch, PBend-up, or PBend-down.
