TX16wx to SFZ converter

Maybe someone is interested in this one...
It works smoothly and in combination with the free TX16wx vst this is the best free solution for creating SFZ files.
I know, I made it so dame complicated inside, but... it works... maybe someone wants to simplify!
If you use this work pure or in variations or just as inspiration, please don't forget to mention me. It was so many hours of work, and although this is very amateurish I am really proud of it!

Hey Martin!
This looks like an amazing project and I can imagine how much time and work went into this.

I assume you load the saved project file from the TX16wx and your module converts it to SFZ format so the sampler's file can be played in any basic SFZ synth? This, I assume, means much lower CPU for the same sound, once it's created in the TX?
I don't personally use the sampler so I can't comment on the performance or result but I can see that many who use the TX may well benefit from your work.

One thing that comes up quite often on this forum is a lack of feedback and engagement from the many who read and download. This never changes in spite of many prompts. I don't really understand it but it's the way it is.
For myself I now take the view that those few of us who contribute regularly are like actors on a film set; we enjoy the work and hope to get good viewing figures and expect nothing more.

I really do appreciate you sharing your work here and hope you won't be disheartened by lack of response.

Thank you for your answer! It's exactly as you assumed. that way the Tx16wx can be used as Creator for SFZ programms which can then be played in alchemy, sforzando, szfplayer... whatever SFZ reading sampler. I like TX16WX very much for it'S easy handling of sampels and directly importing sounds to keys. I often record things like a xylophone or real Piano and TX16wx is such a fast way to build an instrument out of the wav files!

As Martin already pointed out, the free version is sufficient. This free version already is a full featured, complex sampler. Downside is that you need some time to get used to it (because of all the features).

It is by far the best sampler you can get for free, and even among all samplers, free or not free, it is still in the top 3.

And, just to have mentioned it, the pro-version, which offers multiple outputs instead of stereo, additional sample interpolations like hermite or sinc, and other features that are more the topping than the cake, come with two licenses. The discounted license for just €29 (!) allows commercial use unless you exceed €10,000 yearly gross revenue.

Oops he did say free indeed; I was reading too fast!
I do like the idea of a good sampler that actually samples so I'll give it a try when I have time. I'm retiring in a few weeks so that will be on my list.
