Hello,
i tried the trial version of flowstone and like it alot. So i just purchased the full version on the website. But now i am wondering how long it will take between the purchase and being able to download flowstone. I thought it will be instant available, but it isn't. Is that a normal behavior or is something broken?
It's been only 2 hours ago, but my trial version has expired an i want to go on
Maybe im too impatient ^^

i think you should be able to download it without any break. Its just the updates. U need to buy updates. But when the update time will expire you will still have the updates you pay for there.

mmh. So getting this in the download section instead of a download link is not normal?
As i already got an payment confirmation from paypal the purchase should be completed.
I will write an email, then. Are there known response times? In the support thread there is a hint that they will be reading this forum daily, but the last login from support-user is months ago...
imho Flowstone is a gem and i really want to go on with it ^^
