I just wanted to be the first to reply to the first example..... 
I opened this in Synthmaker just to see if it would work and it did even though I had to navigate thru some popups about version mismatches...
Anyways.
When I set input at or around 0 the result jumped to -1.
Seemed a bit weird but maybe that was supposed to happen?
Not a serious test but the result was still a bit strange
