Music with FS synths?

Post by k brown »

Pardon if this has already come up (a search didn't turn up anything) - I would love to see a thread where people post music they've made with FS synths; Robert's posted a few things, but as far as I can tell almost no one else has.

Especially tracks using only FS synths.

I know tula's a bass player - who else? Certainly not me; about the only thing I ever leaned to play was the recorder (and that's mostly been forgotten!).

Waddaya say?

trog is a bass player. I am a guy who plays a bit of guitar and piano and was a singer in his early years. And nothing of it good enough to impress the girls

Bassist here! I can carry a beat on drums, know my basic chords etc. on keys, bang out basic tunes on guitar, and sing on key- but mostly it's my experience in remixing/production that leads me to happily accept the challenge ;)

The bass is my main instrument. 8-)
Back to the topic: I usually mix synths, samplers and real instruments with FS effects. This one short piece that I wrote and recorded, however, is 100% Flowstone!

Very nice MV! And not just any FS synth, but the mighty Randy.

Very nice Martin.

I started a topic like this years ago, and I’ll not bother to find it because it wasn’t popular at the time.

I don’t really make music myself because my interest lies with the instruments and effects. But what I would like to see is if anyone does upload "FS music", it would be nice if they listed what synths and effects were used.

Cheers

For the old thread from Spogg I did a song and listed the used plugins. But then the thread was accidentally deleted, and Spogg was able to recover only parts of it. My post was part of the recovery, but the link I then provided doesn't work anymore, and I don't have the song on dropbox (my go-to cloud service). I've had 5 broken PCs during the last 5 years, when the thread was created, so the chance to find it in a backup is rather small.

But now, that I heard Martin's Randy demo, I think it's for the better that nobody will hear my song. It is no match to his.

Oh tulamide, such a painful reminder of my folly!

The topic was supported much better than I'd recalled, so here it is:

Ah, good - I figured it must have been covered already. Thanks for that.
