[BUG??] IsPlaying does not work in Cubase Artist 6.5

I just noticed that IsPlaying does show always 0.

i`m also on cubase 5.5 and works fine, ruby and the green one doesnt work? i normally only need the green bool..

hmm i have cubase 5 and version 7 running on my machines, i will have a check on v7

edit: all working as expected in v7!
