No worries mate - I'll keep in touch if I get any feedback from the dev's (though normally they talk very little about their work - crossed fingers until the next release comes out!)
All schematics/modules I post are free for all to use - but a credit is always polite!

ok, tested in renoise 3, cubase 5.5.3, ableton live 8.2.1, all 32bit versions (no bridged plugins) on win 7

the above described issue when turning off a plugin happens only in cubase!

it is no problem to open edit or dropdown while plugin turned off in live and renoise,

in renoise it is only possible to turn off fx for instruments there doesnt exist any funtion to turn the plugin off...

so for now the issue is confirmed in reaper and cubase, it would be really interesting how fs plugins acting in other DAW`s..

issue exists in Orion 8.6 beta
as described, it needs the audio engine running to input the value.

I can also test eXT, Acid, MAX/msp if needed,
but it seems we have established what is happening.

NuBeat, will send u a pm in the next few days, sorry my last one was so vague,
will include the .fsm. Cheers mate 8D
