Thank you so much!!!! I was fishing around the device manager yesterday to see if I could change the port, but apparently I didn't go deep enough into the advanced settings. After switching the port to COM6 and restarting my computer, FlowArm worked flawlessly!! Thank you so much for the speedy ...

...oh and in addition, LynxTerm is able to connect just fine. Does the Arm only work with desktop computers? I am trying to use mine with a Dell Inspiron laptop.

I am having trouble getting my AL5D Arm to work with FlowArm software. It seems that all of my USB ports on my laptop are port 11- port 14... However, FlowArm only goes up to port 10 on the software. How can I control my arm with this product!>?!??!?
